Data Collection

In Orson, individual notebook entries, or cards, can consist of observational data, measurement information, text, images, journal entries, book or article references - the type of content depends on users and their context.

This process of project curation encourages reflection and results in a searchable historical record. Entries can also be used to document the research process itself, which can help to increase transparency and provide context for other readers.
